2. Description of Service

Relationship Builder Pro is a personal relationship management platform that helps users maintain and nurture their personal and professional relationships through scheduled messages, AI-powered prompts, relationship health tracking, and multi-channel communication (SMS, WhatsApp, and others).

3. SMS and Messaging Opt-In Consent

3.1 Your Opt-In to Transactional SMS

By providing your phone number during account setup, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages from Relationship Builder Pro sent to your number:

• Account verification codes
• Message delivery confirmations
• Service notifications related to your account

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

3.2 Consent for Outbound Messages to Your Contacts

When you use the Service to send messages to your personal contacts:

• You represent and warrant that each contact you add has an existing personal or professional relationship with you and has implicitly or explicitly consented to receive messages from you.
• You agree not to use the Service for unsolicited commercial messaging, spam, or to contact individuals with whom you do not have a pre-existing relationship.
• You agree to honor any opt-out request from your contacts immediately. Any contact who replies STOP will be flagged and no further messages will be sent to them through our platform.
• You accept sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the messaging features complies with applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any international equivalents.

3.3 Prohibited Uses of Messaging

You may not use the messaging features to send:

• Unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Messages to contacts who have opted out or requested not to be contacted
• Phishing, scam, or fraudulent content
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening messages

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant carriers and authorities.

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to impersonate another person

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELATIONSHIP BUILDER PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
